Bail Assistance Request: Social Workers

NCBF provides bail assistance for those facing extended incarceration due inability to pay. We post bail in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties in Western WA State. We cannot assist with requests for bail outside of these counties. To read more about us, return to our website nwcombailfund.org. If you need bail assistance in other regions of WA state or in another state, you may be able to find a local bail fund at bit.ly/localbailfunds or at bailproject.org/our-work/#locations.

NCBF provides need-based assistance. Neither race (or perceived race), orientation, or gender affect a person's eligibility to receive assistance. Information collected is for statistical purposes and helps us tell the story of bail setting practices in western WA.

NCBF operates on limited funds, and currently has an extensive wait list. Available funds fluctuate weekly, and we cannot provide accurate estimates of our ability to pay specific requests.
